Corrections policy
How Solopreneur.co handles errors: how to report one, how fast we fix it, and how corrections are shown on the page.
We work hard to get things right, and we fix mistakes openly when we don't.
How to report an error
Email hello@solopreneur.co with the page address, what's wrong, and a source if you have one.
What we do
- We check the claim against the primary source, usually within two business days.
- If we got it wrong, we correct the page and add an entry to its Update history with the date and what changed.
- Big errors that could have affected decisions, like a wrong fee or tax rate, get a note at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
What isn't a correction
Routine updates, like a new tax year or a vendor changing its pricing, are logged as updates, not corrections.
